How to Redeem Rewards
Follow these simple steps to redeem your points and claim your rewards:
1. Log in to Your CXM Account
Log in to your CXM Members Area and access the CXM’s Rewards Hub on the Menu.
Log in to the CXM Rewards Hub using your existing Members Area credentials.
2. View Available Points & Check Your Loyalty Status
Check your accumulated points and browse through the reward categories.
Track your progress by viewing your Loyalty Status – as a Client or Partner – and see how close you are to reaching the next membership level.

3. Select Your Reward
Choose your preferred item from Electronics and gadgets, Home and Kitchen, Luxury Items, and more.
If applicable, customize your selection (e.g., size, color, capacity), and click “Redeem Now” to add the item to your cart.
4. Checkout Process
Click the cart icon, review your selected items, and provide your shipping details.
Confirm your redemption and your chosen items will be processed for delivery.
5. Track Your Redemptions
Use the “My Orders” section in the Rewards Hub to monitor the status of your redemptions.
Convert Points to Cash
Prefer cash? You can convert your Loyalty Points to cash directly into your MT4/5 trading account:
Select the “Redeem Now” option in the Points-to-Cash section.
Enter your preferred amount and choose the MT4/5 ID for the transfer.
